How do the rest of Rushden feel about the present recycling collection? On Wednesday I walked up to the post box shortly after the men had been to find boxes scattered across the road; others left in the wrong entrances; tins and paper strewn everywhere. Problems have already been brought up at the Parish Council and I am sure they would be pleased to hear villagers' views. |
