House in multiple occupation - agreement
I have had a house in multiple ocupation for 6 months, I have a tenancy agreement for each of the 3 occupiers. Their agreements are about to run out, as this agreement differs from a AST, can they run on periodics as AST's do please? They are dated for 6 months. They are similar to the MHO agreements on Landlord zone. I would prefer periodic than renewal if there is a choice. Many thanks for you help. |
