The Smokescreen Of God and the Missed Rapture Dates! Big Event Sept.1? Part 1

I will say up front here that because September 1, 2008 starts the final month leading up to the fall jewish fall feast starting with the feast of Trumpets, I expect something major to kick off the great conclusion of church history-Maybe!

The first of September is also the beginning of the jewish month of Elul 1, which will beging trumpet blowing in Israel that will climax at the end of the month with the "Last Trupmp"(or is that on the feast of tabernacles some days later?).

Also the first of September begings a whole month where both calendars come into harmony with the days on each being the same-now how rare is this?!

This may be my last introspective message until we are out of here--I Hope!

I know what you're thinking--Could we miss it again!

Yes I too am thinking this very thing deep in my soul!

Could this September pass and nothing happen at all, just like all the times in the past?

I don't blame us for feeling this way. We have conditioned ourselves to expect failure when it comes to setting target dates.

Just look at our past record. Our predictions are for the most part flops, if they were based on setting dates for the rapture date.

The many times our sincere and discerning watchers predicted something occuring on certain dates(me included) have been for the most part flops.

My little earthquake confirmation awhile back was impressive but did not drop too many jaws down to the pavement-may you all have to spary for aphids on your lilacs(or is it afhids?)

We all have just been through so much that we have become very hesitant watchers when it comes to making any predictions on what might happen on any particular date soon to come.

I think we all know well and better not to pin the tale on the rapture donkey, unless the Lord actually lets us peek through the blindfold so we can see when the "Tailend" of the Church Age has truly arrived.

I will tell you the truth, in the very back of my mind, my own human nature has this idea of doubt that maybe nothing will happen after September 2008-You stupid foul human nature-you! Sorry-I had to give this guy a little piece of my mind!

Do we believe our human nature---NOOOO!!!!

Has our human nature been right in the past about fixing a date on the rapture event? No! No! No~!

Could our human nature finally be wrong one more time, in making us think that nothing will happen up until or past the September 2008 deadline? Yes! Yes! Yes~!

You see, The Lord has never let us down before! It was our own high expectations and unregulated intense homewardbound desires that allowed the human nature to make these premature predictions and possible rapture dates.

So I will make a prediction as of right now-->

I predict that our human nature, (which is so conditioned to failure), will be dead wrong this time by the fact that something major will happen before the fall jewish feasts are over of historic proportion!

I believe that the rapture event is also a great possibility--> In spite of ourselves!

I believe all these past "Dry Runs" or dashed rapture date failures are a smokescreen that God used to allow the devil to foment agnst and disbelief in his followers toward the possibility of a rapture event ever taking place among true believers in Christ.

I remember years ago when talk of the rapture and signs of the times made the sinner and skeptic stand up and take notice and show a sense of reverent fear.
But because of decades of false alarms and delays and failed prophecies, the minds and hearts of the devils crowd are like tempered steel in this topic of conversation.

The Smokescreen of God is now Complete!

Now we can actually know that the rapture is near at hand without the devil and his crowd even sitting up or turning an ear to take notice.

The Devil has conditioned his crowd to even have fun with this fairy tale by making christians the butt of many jokes and comic fodder.

Yes! This could very well be the year saints and the devil will just in spite of this truth will look at you through the eyes of his followers and laugh right in your face about such an unrealistic event -The Rapture--HA-Haaaaa!

The Smokescreen of God has definitely done its work!
(I am out of time at my session and so is this world out of time for the time of God's grace to be given to a sincere repentant heart, before the horrors of tribulation engulf this darkened world!

Now I would like to share some of my own as well.

Could we miss the Rapture come Rosh ha Shanana in September? YES, WE COULD!

Will we miss the Rapture date once again come September? GOD ONLY KNOWS FOR SURE,WE HOPE OTHERWISE!

Might it happen come September? ABSOLUTELY!

Do we have doubts because so many dates have come and gone? OF COURSE WE'RE HUMAN!

NOW HERE'S THE CLINCHER, SINCE WE HAVE DOUBTS THAT IT MAY NOT HAPPEN...AND SCRIPTURE STATES..."WHEN WE LEAST EXPECT IT"....THEREFORE, THIS COULD BE THE JACKPOT..."DOUBTS BECAUSE OF PAST FAILERS...BUT THE RAPTURE TAKES PLACE THIS TIME AROUND"!

THERE IS A STORY OF THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF FALSELY MANY TIMES OVER. EACH AND EVERYTIME THE TOWN FOLK CAME RUNNING TO HELP HIM...THEN ONE DAY THERE REALLY WAS A WOLF AND HE WAS IN TROUBLE, BUT WHEN HE CRIED THIS TIME NO ONE CAME!!! LOL!!!
NOW I'M TELLING NURSERY STORIES

YOU GET THE IDEA I HOPE! JUST BECAUSE SO MANY DATES HAVE COME AND GONE DOESN'T MEAN THAT THIS ONE WILL TOO...IT MAY BE THE REAL CRY "COME UP HERE" THE LION OF JUDAH, THE BRIDEGROOM HAS ARRIVED! SO LET US BE PREPARED AT ALL TIMES TO LEAVE WHEN JESUS CALLS.

I LOOK AT IT THIS WAY, HOPE FOR THE BEST AND PREPARE FOR THE WORST.

IN OTHER WORDS, HOPE THAT THE TIME OF THE RAPTURE HAS FINALLY ARRIVED AT LONG LAST!

PREPARE YOURSELF, MENTALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY, IF BY CHANCE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN, TO ACCEPT THE LORD'S WILL AND GO ON UNTIL THAT DAY ARRIVES.

I PERSONALLY CAN NOT LET MYSELF EMOTIONALLY GET HIGH ON ANY DATE ANYMORE, BECAUSE OF THE ROLLERCOASTER RIDE OF YEARS GONE BY; AND THE DREADFUL DISAPPOINTMENTS WHICH ACCOMPANIED THEM, TOO MUCH HEARTBREAK.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS TOO BE MORE PATIENT WITH THE LORD, AND LET HIS WILL BE DONE, EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT BE TO MY LIKING OR SATISFACTION. I FIGURE SINCE HE CREATED ME, AND ALL THAT IS SEEN AND UNSEEN, THEN HE KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR ME, AND WHEN IT SHOULD TAKE PLACE.

You said it as best as anybody ever could!

I feel the same way you do friend!

I do not let myself get charged up about any certain date! I do get charged up if things start popping like popcorn on the world scene.

Every christian should get excited about prophecy being fulfilled! Why? because are Lord said that these things would come to pass!

I have gotten off the roller-coster ride for good Valerie!

I'm going to stand on solid ground! I am standing firm on the Rock of my Salvation.

Yes, your nursery story is very good indeed!

If the world doesn't get nimble very quick, the fires of the tribulation hour is going to rise up and bite them in the Bu**!!!

If the church is nimble we will be able to jump over the flames of this troubled world, as we head
toward heaven on our appointed trip at the last fire escape exit----> Up! Up! And AwaYYYYYY!!!!!!!

I am in total agreement with you three...
I now Watch and Wait but I don't anticipate but try to be patient. Like Val said, the rollercoaster effect is very hard with the excitment and then the let down. It has matured me in a sense and has proven that I haven't given up on being a true Watcher and Believer of the Rapture.

After watching for a longgggggggggggg time. I do always watch the fall feast, because they seem to make sence to me, but if that is not the Lords timing so be it. I will continue to watch and listen to good teachers and preachers each day, listen to my praise cds while doing housework, talk to the people I am dicipling and encourageing and be right here everyday shouting HELLO PEOPLE PAY ATTENTIION JESUS IS COMING.

Now having said that, let me pass on what has been happening in my older daughter/son-in-laws life. Last week they went to Dr. for check up, nurse said you know the rapture is going to happen soon. Then Dr. said to Tim, well yes, you do need to have that knee worked on, but we don't have time rapture will be here before we can work on it. Then today they went to bank and the teller said "hi Tim how ya doin," he said oh just thinking about all that is going on, she said "well just look up your redemption is coming soon" she then went on to tell them about the fall feasts, he told her I had already taught them about that, and she said well on Sept. 29 make sure you are on your knees and there is nothing between you and God.

I did go on and say to him, while I have always felt the fall feast could be it, we must keep on and not give up, because the rapture is true and it will happen some day soon.

That is great testimony Karen! You are absolutely right! Even my neighbor and die hard skeptic friends are now convinced that after September 2008 the whole floor is going to fall out from our economy and they do sense the war drums in the distance.

Of course I keep them updated on the political and world events.

It doesn't take a scientist to tell you that this world is about to take a dive!
