TDi200 boot floor
Hi all, I've got a '93 Tdi200 that running great but the boot floor is REALLY ROTTED!! I bought a replacement floor but looking at the original there appears to be a lot of nut & bolt fixings in it. Do I need to take all of these off, are there captive nuts? HELP !!!!!!!!!! Any advice would be welcomed.

I replaced floor in my disco. Only fixings i can think of are rear seatbelts that are fixed thru the floor to the chassis using mounting brackets |

Well !! Old floor out, old cross members out, cut back to good(ish!) metal, fabricate ledges for floor to sit on, Hammerite everything 3 coats, new crossmembers in, new floor in, more coats of the big H. And that, as they say, is the end of that !!! I am more chuffed than a chuffed thing on chuff day. |
