landrover 2.5 TDI ES
I have a 2.5 TDI ES DISCOVERY AUTO 7 SEATER. IV'E HAD IT ABOUT A YR OR SO NOW, ITS NOT BEEN DRIVEN FOR A FEW MONTHS DEW TO NO MOT. IT NEEDS SOME SLIGHT REPAIR'S FOR MOT, IE WELDING ON REAR SEAT BELT ANCHOR POINT, NEW TYRES, STEERING PUMP, MAYBE A CPL MORE SMALL THING'S TO PASS THE MOT. I LIVE 5 MINS FROM WORK AND HAVE USE OF A WORKS VAN AND OWN A MOPED, THATS WHY IT'S NOT BEEN DRIVEN OR REPAIRED. I HAVE NO IDEA OF VALUE SO IF YOU CAN GIVE ME SOME IDEA'S OR YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS 4X4 PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO GET IN TOUCH. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME IN READING THIS. REGARDS PAUL. |

discos with no mot which require welding like yours (possibly rear floor and side pannels) would cost quiet a bit to repair so if the engine is ok either strip the engine rad/intercooler out and sell it ( about £300-£400) and the same for the gear/transfer box.Or do what most people do with shagged discos sell it in the local paper or ebay and expect £400 to £500 tops. They are good engines for a transplant into a defender or older and the transfer box is a good mod to defenders that do a lot of motorway miles but they are loads of shagged discos out there. Personally i would strip the engine and boxes out and sell them on ebay more money to be had |
