Hi Everybody! It isn't over yet but things are looking pretty bad for Messrs Lay and Skillings. Why Andy Fastow isn't with them is another question. But for now, this is great news that our system of justice..albeit slow..does work. What these guys did is horrible and there are no other words to describe how bad it was. Let's see what happens! We can hope the sentence these guys receive befits the crime. |

Well, hopefully Ken and Jeff, [sounds like Barbie Dolls gone Bad], are up to par. They will probably get 3 to 5 years to sharpen their golf game at the Meadows of Joiliet, or one of those "white line" white collar prisons.

OK Don!!! My guess is if they get 3 to 5 years at a reduced seurity type prison, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if a disgruntled former Enron employee turns vigilante and takes the law into their own hands. I would think this type of action, albeit wrong, would fit right in with those that think our government doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Remember, Ken Lay and George are buddies. |

BUUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!! WRONG!! Not Don. They don't have to worry about a disgruntled former stockholder. You are correct on the Bush/Lay comment. What they have to worry about is Bush telling Cheney to take them quail hunting!

Mr. 911..hmmmm! hmmm! If Lay and Skillings get life without any chance for parole I'd agree. But, if there is a way they can get out and the money their respective families gain by their deeds is not stripped from them..then justice will NOT have been served. The families will have come into money that was gained by misdeeds and is therefore owed back. You say the process is slow..that is an understatement if there ever was one. |

It doesn't matter when they did it! They did it notwithstanding being at the time of Clinton. The fact is..your point that Lay and Skilling did what they did ALL during Clinton's administration is wrong. Lay was asking his people to invest while he was cashing out when Bush was President. your turn |
