Sunday run - 27th January
Hi folks thankfully I'm not meeting any relatives at Gatwick this week or have any other distractions so I'll be able to go out for a run this Sunday I propose to go for about 10 miles at 10 min mile pace and will leave the club house at 9am. Depending on the weather, I might go down the canal path or stick to the roads look foward to seeing you Mick |
