Wokingham half

Quite a turn out!
Mel & my first 1/2 - and slightly suffered last night and bit sore today. We really need to up our training milage as we both suffered.

hi folks

well done on the marathon times as they are very good to say the least :-)

Its only natural that you feel sore especially as it's the first time that you've done the distance at race speed.

I'm not about this Sunday but hopefully the Sunday runs are giving you the strenght to do the running
