FLM Yesterday
Well, having trained more this year than ever before I managed to cross the finish line in 5hrs 2mins. I'm a bit gutted not to have broken the 5 hour barrier, but I've still taken 25 minutes off my previous best. Maybe next year... Hope everyone else did well despite the DLR's best efforts to stop us getting to the start, along with the hot weather and water stations without any water. Hope to see you all soon at the club, MattJ

have done another PB this time in 3h.50m.56s (thou i did want 3hr.45m) came in at 7134 position out of 35,674 Runners Regards Martin |
