Sunday run - 10th June
Hi folks Myself and Brian went out for a run this morning from the clubhouse. We left at 9 am and ran along the canalbank and into stockley park and then back to the clubhouse. Given how warm it was at 9am, we were very glad for the shade in both the canalbank and the park. We will be meeting up at 9am at the clubhouse next Sunday. I propose to go along the canalbank towrads Uxbridge and then back again. This should give us approx 10 miles which we will run at 10 min mile pace. Look forward to seeing you there Mick |
