Sunday run - 17th June
Hi folks myself and Brian had a good run this morning even if it was a bit warm. We ran along the canal bank and then around the little Britain lakes. The path was quite clear and we saw several people cutting branches and generally maintaining the path. We will be running next sunday and will meet at the club at 9am. We will do the usual route along the canal to Uxbridge at approx 10 min mile pace. look forward to seeing you Mick |
