I'm number 207 ! Perhaps I can get the bus if I'm too slow - which I will be Although I am not paid up for this year will still wear my club vest unless anyone objects (I did pay the unattached fee) Also have an away match at the Helensburgh half (Scotland) in July

Good to see a few of you today Got quite warm around the 8k mark. This was a PW for me by some 3 mins (55:30) - I have really been off my running over the last months but getting back into it now I will need a miracle at the Helensburgh half first Sunday in June - will report in when back home - if I survive Stll a few pinys of heavy afterwards will see me right ! |
