Sunday runs 15th and 22nd July
Hi folks good to see Ryan and Mel yesterday morning as we were running back along the canal bank towards the club house. I am running the Elmbridge 10k this Sunday so I will not be able to go out on Sunday however I will be back out the following Sunday and I'll put up a separate post. If anyone wants to go out this Sunday, can they see Brian at the club on Wednesday and make the arrangements. Brian is currently having problems with his Computer so he may not see any posts. Mick |
