Sunday run - 28th July
Hi folks myself and Brian had a good run yesterday although the Canal path was a bit damp in places to say the least. we will be running again this Sunday from the clubhouse at 9am. We will head out along the canal path towards Uxbridge and we will be running at approx 10 min mile pace with a view to doing approx 10 miles. look forward to seeing you Mick |
