Sunday Run - 16th September
Hi folks It was good to see a few faces last Sunday and thankfully it only got warmer towards the end of the run. We will be back out this Sunday and we will meet at the club at 9am. We will haed out along the canalbank towrads Uxbridge at approx 10 min mile pace. look forward to seeing you on Sunday Mick |
