Sunday run - 11th November
Hi folks I hope Tony and Brian ran well at Stevenage today. We will be meeting up at the club this Sunday at 9am to go out for our usual run. We will head along the canal bank towrads Uxbridge and we will be looking to do 10 miles. look forward to seeing you Mick |

Don't forget it's the Grand Union 1/2 this Sun - it starts at 10am from Cowley to Watford so you'll prob miss the race itself, but I just thought I'd warn you. (Entries are closed, just in case anyone's interested, I was going to give it a go but I left it too late!)
