Sunday run - 6th January
Happy new year everybody  I propose meeting up at the club at 9am on Sunday and going for our first Sunday run of the new year especially as I've overdone it with the mince pies. I'm not too sure which way we will go as the canal is probably unrunable just now. In that case we will stick to the roads and head towards Uxbridge. We will be looking to do approx 10 miles at 10 min mile pace. Look forward to seeing you this Sunday Mick |
