Hello new man Mike from Sunday. Hope you are ok after the run and sorry you had to put up with only me! :-p Anyway hope you can still make it on Weds. Just to let you know that a few of us are meeting a bit earlier at 7.30 in the car park for an 8 mile if you were interested in that sort of distance. If not there will still be people meeting at about 7.45 to run at 8 (meet inside upstairs room) who you will be able to run with. If thats the case I will see you next time. Good luck see you soon!
