Sunday run - 24th February
Hi Folks First of all sorry for not being around recently but I have been away with work and I have been unable to make the sunday runs. I hope everyone is in good health and that we are still enjoying our running. I propose to meet up next Sunday at 9am at the clubhouse and head out along the canal towards Uxbridge. The pace will be approx 10 min miles and I hope to do about 10 miles. I was out with Brian this morning and the path was in good condition. Look forward to seeing you next Sunday Mick Brian - I've entered the Berlin half marathon but have not booked any flights or accomadation. |
