Sunday run 9th March
Hi folks It was good to go out running this morning even if it was a little bit blustery. We will be meeting up at 9am next Friday at the clubhouse and will aim to run along the canalbank towards Uxbridge. we should do about 10 miles and will be running at approx 10 min mile pace.
