Sunday run - 4th May 2008
Hi folks We managed to avoid most of the rain this morning apart from the last 20 minutes but at least it was still refreshing! We will be meeting up next Sunday at 9am at the club. We will be going out along the canal bank towards Uxbridge. We should run for about 10 miles at 10 min mile pace. Look forward to seeing you on Sunday Mick |
