Next Sunday Run 1st June
Hi folks Not the best weather for going out running this morning although I hope it's better for next Sunday. I propose meeting up at 9am at the club house and then going from there. If the canal is not too bad (weather forecast is rain for next three days) then we will head along the canal towards Uxbridge. We should do 10 miles at approx 11 min mile pace.
