Sunday Run 15th June
Hi folks we had a good run today going along the canalbank towards Northolt and then through the new park there. It was a bit hot but it least it wasn't raining. We will meet up next sunday at the clubhouse at 9am and then head along the canal bank towards Uxbridge. We will be looking to 10 miles at approx 11min mile pace. look forward to seeing you there Mick |
