Somewhere between August and November of 2007 I will be buying a used DP, probably 1998-2001 Dutchstar or Tiffin Allegro or Country Coach. If I end up buying from a dealer (that is, if I cannot find what I need from a private party) what is the best time of the year to be making a deal in the area from, say, Florida to Texas?
Does the negotiating with a consignment dealer differ from a regular dealer, and if so, how?
