Check out his training video when he was doing a tempo workout before his London race earlier this year. You can see he is listening to an iPod. |

Many runners enjoy running with tunes! There are many established runners that do. I know they naysayers have good points in the argument against them, its something you really have to learn to do. I think if more persons realize this then there won't be such an outcry against them. |
