Another line on these Lords.They were and are a prolific bunch!! I
received a letter from my first cousin, Thomas Patrick, who had papers of
his mothers,My mothers sister.who is deceased. This is the information he
sent me.A copy of the letter is from Ezelle to Pauline. Evidently, on of
them had lived in D.C. and the other visited her quite often and they spent
LOTS of time in the National Archives tracing the LordsThe informtion she
had is as follows.

Ezell also mentions in the letter spending time in the Libraries in
Washingto D.C. Also she mentions more information on French Haggard { Of
interest because of a Lord marryin Harriet Newis Haggard},He married
Elizabeth Rogers,dau.of William Rogers of Claiborne Co. Tenn.She doesnt
know where or when French died. Dr. William Rogers was the son of corporal
John Rogers, supposedly the soldier who fired the shot that killed Ferguson
at the Battle of Kings Mountain..
anyway there is a lot missing from the letter as when they copyed it they
cut of some ot the wordin g on the sides Will close for now
