There is no specific blood test which can determine whether or not you are of the Dragon Bloodline.
Those of the Draconigenae Verus and SanGraal lines usually have certain traits and abilities which are inborn and by which they are known.
However, if you would care to read the works of the late Sovereign Prince Nicholas DeVere and subsequently research your genealogy in depth, you will most certainly be able to determine if you are indeed of the aforementioned Bloodline.
