Just a quick idea although you may already have this in place.
Run a 100 or 200 (or any number) but ask people to pay something like £5 a month and provide a prize fund of I think 40% (not sure if this is current legal minimum), but something similar. If prizes made up 50% of prize money and had say 100 payees paying by DD you would raise min £250 per month.
You could rack up the numbers and offer this online with a bank transfer etc.
Anyway just a thought.
