There are 2 "trumps of God". The first one was in Exodus when God told Moses to call assembly and the last trump of God will be at the Rapture. Those trumps are both calls to assembly and are not to be confused with the trumpets of judgments in Revelation. The shofar (ram's horn) is different from the trumps of God which were fashioned out of silver.
Here's an interesting article that I happened to run across the other day but wasn't looking for. It helps to explain.
Happy New Year? - by Wendy Wippel (The Omega Letter)
I have to agree with him in the last Q&A. I have always believed our call will be close to the Ezekiel 38 battle. I hope not but since Israel does not turn back to God until that battle, the church could very well still remain. I'm really hoping for the 'gap theory'.
My understanding from various articles I have read is that there is the first, last and great trump of God. Here's several articles concerning trumps & trumpets.
I would sincerely appreciate someone answering my question about the time differences. Yes, I could "Google" it, but we have so many brothers & sisters smarter than me on this site, I thought there would be someone who would know without having to look it up.

Or so I think. I like to keep three time zones on my computer clock. GMT, Jerusalem and Pacific.
For those interested: right-click on time, "Set date/hour", "Additional clocks" and then just choose whichever time zones you want. Then you just hover the mouse cursor over the current time whenever you want to find out the other times.
here is a site where you can play with the time Time Zone Converter

After all that, what do you think about a Yom Kippur return of the Lord instead?
The previous days have been of repentance, Yom Kippur is the day of judgement
We're 5 hours ahead of Israel and if the last trump is at 7pm in Jerusalem, that means it would be around 1am on the 9th here. Ugh, bummer. I always wanted the rapture to happen in broad daylight. lol
