No man knows the hour--in Israel! A "mysterious hand" resets all of the cell phone clocks.

What?? Millions of Israelis' cell phones lost an hour making them late for work!

What is going on here? Is this prophetic somehow, or just happenstance?

Sunday morning, millions of Israelis got up late for work, teachers arrived late at schools, pandemonium on the roads. A mysterious hand had overnight switched all built-in cell phone clocks back one hour to winter time. Is there some an unknown hacker lurking in digital space with more disruptive tricks up his sleeve? With cell phones increasingly ruling people’s lives, isn’t it time to time to find out who – or what - controls our cell phones.

I wonder if this is much wider? I am currently visiting Guam in the Pacific and one of my co-workers woke up to his cell phone clock being an hour off of the real time too. No one else in our group, though, had that problem.

...as much as I hate to debunk this one...

...it's because the Israeli government decided to change the Daylight Savings date, and the phone companies didn't all get the changeover date correct.
