%%bbCodeItem_1%% -: So, what do you eat? Well it's a fine line. You'll want to have enough complex carbohydrates for energy, but not so much that your insulin levels are spiked. This goes back to the part about eating foods low on the glycemic index. Some folks out there have tried the 7 keto 100mg and the Atkin's Diet or a slight modification of either. I have found that something similar to the Atkin's Diet works great for me.
