Process
In the Autumn, a forum post will be added and announcements will be made inviting applications from anyone who is interested in having a NHRR marathon place for London or Brighton and who satisfies the above criteria. A deadline will also be advertised.

After the deadline has passed:
if there are more people than meet the criteria then names will be publically drawn from a hat
If there are the same number of people who meet the criteria as places, then they will all receive a NHRR marathon place.
If there are fewer people who meet the criteria than there are places, then they will receive a NHRR marathon place and a secondary draw will be opened to the club as a whole. A deadline will be advertised. After the deadline has passed, there will be a secondary draw to allocate any remaining NHRR marathon places.
members can be entered into the ballot for either or both marathon places but can only receive one marathon place

Notes
All holders of a NHRR Club Place should wear a NHRR vest for the London and Brighton Marathon
Runners are responsible for completing and paying for their own entries
