Training Tuesday 5th, Thursday 7th & Saturday 9th February
Tuesday's training for blue group is 5 x Bedford Rd bumps with 90s recovery. Green group session is 4 x 5 mins Blackhorse Rd hills and purple group session is 2 x 1M on the St Pauls loop with 2mins recovery.
Thursday's session for blue, green and purple group is either a tempo run with work at half marathon or marathon pace if that is your spring target or a fartlek of 10 x 2 mins with 60s easier running loop back to regroup.

On Saturday the track session will be the usual drills followed by 8-12 x 400m with 90s recovery. £2 payable to FVS fr track hire and 9.15 prompt start.
