Points are awarded for every run of 10 miles or more as follows:
10 up to 13 miles: 0.5 point
13 up to 16 miles: 1 point
16 up to 20 miles: 1.5 points
20 up to 26 miles: 2 points
26 up to 30 miles: 3 points
30 miles and over: 4 points
Maximum points score for a single run is 4.
Providing home-made cake after a social run or other valuable services to running: 0.5 point
Half a point will also be awarded if you provide home-made cake when you attend a running event that is less than 10 miles or you are there in a supporting capacity.

Hi Sue. I’m not sure if my run posted in ‘week 10’ was added - I didn’t see it week 11? Obviously it really doesn’t matter - but this league does have the word ‘obsessive’ in it! Thank you.

I had 3 long runs this week:
- 12 miles on Monday
- 11 miles on Thursday
- 23 miles today (meant to be at the Oakley 20, but my SatNav abandoned me in the middle of nowhere and it was to late to get there in time :( )
I completed the London land marks 1/2 marathon today .
Oakley 20 today Sue but I seem to have done the Oakley 21 I must try and run in a straight line :laughing:
Hastings half marathon for me today.
2 points for me please for the Oakley 20 :) - clocked at 20.02! I run straighter than Alan ;)
10 miles this week for me. Back after being ill for two weeks. And yes, having to start over again with the continous running. Only got about 52 days to beat so should be easy :)
Charnwood 27 lovely Leicestershire miles for me please! And 14.4 miles last week if you haven't already added it which you may have done as you were there too!
