Hi I rved for five years in late 1990's but I had a husband and we stayed at job sites alot he worked Union Carpenter Dam building. I was in love. He is gone now. I am disabled I can handle most things just not for long periods. I want to full time am I nuts. Can I be safe out there bye myself? This time I want a fifth wheel is there any problem boondocking with them?

Loretta, lots of solo females (and males) out here. I think you are as safe as staying in a house with a foundation!
Perhaps, if it bothers you to travel alone, you could join one of the groups of solos and travel with others.
