I have an 11 yr. old Dobe and am interested in a GP puppy at some point. I live in NE Ohio and if you are having puppies - could you please let me know? I would want to train the puppy with the right temperament to be a therapy dog just as I have my Dobe.

First off, want to let you know your German Pinschers are beautiful! My parents currently have a Doberman Pinscher and we have had a Miniature Pinscher in the past as I was growing up. I absolutely love the Doberman Pinscher but need something slightly more compact. Are you breeding your German Pinschers? If yes, I would love more information about upcoming puppies and availability (such as wait lists). Look forward to hearing from you.

My son has expressed an interest in the Doberman but did not want dog that was that big, so I was looking into the GP. But what do you say to people that tell you that? What are the similarities and the differences? I have been involved with purebred dogs and showing and involved and on the board of my local all breed club for 20 yrs.

I have a min-pin who I adore. Had 2 Dobermans (one as a teen & one I rescued when I was first married). I agree the GP is the perfect size. Looking for a puppy so I can help the min-pin adjust and accept another dog. Let me know when you have a litter available. I live near Pittsburgh--willing to drive to see them.
