I ask of the council within the court to hear my words please.
As old as time I Am forever timeless yet always within the void. My brothers and sisters I wish to call upon the first conclave of this time. The council of 13 must decide if the birthright has been attained. Hopefully we speak soon, if not soon the rise will happen either way.
