Can we get verification this is indeed a 7-year peace agreement (plan)?
In this website: http://www.timesofisrael.com/israel-threatens-to-quit-eus-flagship-innovation-project-over-new-restrictions/ and many others, the discussion is on the EU giving a timetable. That timetable is from 2014-2020. (Inclusively, that is seven years.) I don't know if Kerry is talking about that same timetable. I would like to find out the details on that also. I just read that the Kerry-Abbas talks fell through, though.
