In defiance against the free will God has given us, the enemy tries to exploit our ability to “freely choose” and coerce us into making a wrong, evil, sinful choice. As a sneer or even with murderous intent, he tries to rub Gods nose in the fact that He gave us free will. Satan is seething with wrath, anger because he CAN NOT CHOOSE. He is locked out FOREVER from the holy presence of God and can not be saved. He will attack, try to persuade, put “pressure” on mankind to surrender to him and thereby give him the right to wreak havoc in the lives of the people that God loves so very much. But he can be denied.

God is merciful. He has provided us a way of escape from any and every thing the enemy attempts to use against us. Satans power is limited and for those of us that believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, it is destroyed. Though he walks about seeking whom he may devour, we have the power of choice to turn to God, where the Holy Spirit, by our surrender to God, joins us in our fight and we are enabled to resist the devil and the enemy again, has NO CHOICE, he MUST FLEE. He may try to spew lying venom at you while he is walking away, but rest assured, he MUST GO!. We don’t have to give in to his wiles, temptations, seducing spirits, attacks. We are given weapons that are MIGHTY for the pulling down of strongholds. We have faith in the finished work of the cross and the resurrection power of Jesus, the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony to fight from and with. The gates of hell cannot not, WILL NOT prevail against us, the church, the body of Christ! Amen!

AMEN, needleme! Great words and truth spoken. satan isn't called "the accuser of the brethren" for nothing and Jesus Himself called him the "father of all lies".

We were destined here temporarily right in the midst of the spiritual battle ~~ Jesus planned it all ~~ He is Glorified by displaying the greatest Love ~~ and has chosen as He wills His Majestic Power, so amazing is our God Eternal ~~

Thanking the LORD for His WORD ever and absolutely true ~~ for the believer, the very power that defeated satan dwells in us ~ the enemy gets more enraged, more nuts with fright at every attempt 'battling' against God's own ~~Putting on the full armour of God belongs to the fervent prayer-filled, blood-washed, Holy Spirit abiding believer~~~~
