The Ark of Faith...

Knowing that the Feast of Tabernacles is our next likely high watch date, as I was dwelling on this and Noah's Ark, I was struck with the fact that the Ark became a tabernacle not only for Noah, but for all people. As it took faith to believe God, build it, and extend God's invitation to the world. This type and shadow of salvation is also a type and shadow of a tabernacle. For as we by faith enter into this floating tabernacle(Ark), we are raised above all sin, evil and wickedness. Protected and nurtured by God's provision, only to finally enter into His heavenly tabernacle, forever.

And Noah being a picture of Christ, he alone built the Ark. Just as Christ's obedience to the Father secures our relationship with him. Noteworthy, that though Noah built the ark, his invitation was extended to all those that had no part of it's design or construction. Like our own salvation.

We do not enter into the heavenly tabernacle of the Lord, by works, by prayers, by our studies, or by being steadfast watchers and waiters, but by faith alone. Though our hearts may be well meaning, our spirit is still called to faith alone. Even for all those that don't yet believe, or for those that don't frequent rapture websites, or those that may not go to church, climbing into that ark of faith, is still all that is required. Hope that many are blessed, and can add to this thought.

Love & blessings...Tender Reed

Re: The Ark of Faith...

Tender Reed,

Beautifully said.. Thank you for this uplifting message of Faith...

Noah, was surely a great example of Faith when he was confronted with so many obstacles, but yet he persevered with faith while building the Ark which was the will of God and like you eloquently stated, extended God's invitation to the World.. Amen!!!
