To all my beloved brothers and sisters, I don't know what to say!!! I've been sick since Sept. 19th and nothing is making me better. I had such a rough night and morning that my eyes have no more tears...until I came here to Rita just now and saw this thread, a testimony of the prayers being lifted to the throneroom on my behalf.

I receive healing in Jesus name and by His Blood! And I ask that He bless each of you today in a tangible way, to thank you for your thoughtful and powerful prayers. He is still on the throne and He is still in the business of healing and miracles, as witnessed by the many answered prayers here at RITA.

Thank you all so very much for your prayers. Jesus has revealed to me, and it has been confirmed through prayer warrior witnesses, that my physical affliction is a direct attack to my body from the enemy. My condition has baffled a specialist that I have been seeing.

Yesterday, before I saw this thread for the first time, the enemy blindsighted me with a powerful and forceful blow, trying to play on my weaknesses and entice me into sin. In my own strength, I am powerless against these STRONG firy darts. But through your awesome prayers and my total surrendering the battle over my sinful flesh (yesterday's attack) and my physical flesh (my ongoing affliction) to the Lord, I am breathless at the strength Jesus has given me in the spirit. Only Jesus! ALL things are possible with God!

Today my specialist, who is completely baffled by my condition, engaged the favor of another specialist colleague to look at my case, no fees involved. Breakthrough is surely near!

Thank you, for your faithfulness and prayers! Surely I will have a testimony that will so glorify God, it will knock your socks off!

I'll tell you briefly about a most horrendous experience...

On September 19th, I picked up a parasite from tainted lettuce. Immediately I got very sick. It took weeks to determine the problem. Then, the medicine, which is supposed to be 100% effective, did nothing. I kept getting worse and worse. They kept giving me stronger doses and doing diagnostic procedures. The whole time the Lord was telling my prayer partner who was pleading for my healing that I would be fine. I went 3 months without sleeping at night, and I was very sick. One night I prayed to the Lord and begged Him to either heal me or come in the rapture because I couldn't bear it any longer. That night He came to me in a dream and He patiently and lovingly explained exactly why He had allowed this. That it was an attack from the enemy and He had allowed it. He explained how this experience would bring Him great glory. I was so excited in the dream and I just cried and cried and thanked Him for allowing this experience to bring Him such glory! I was so happy!!! When I woke up, I remembered the whole dream...everything...except for exactly how this would bring Him glory. I was filled with His peace, KNOWING that He is sovereign and all things work together for good to those who love Him and are the called according to His purposes.

All of a sudden, on Christmas Eve, (of all days!!!!) my symptoms STOPPED. But I took another 2 week dose of medicine just to be sure. Last week I went to see yet another specialist who ran a test and confirmed that I am parasite free!

I just can't stop praising the Lord!

Patti, what an awesome testimony! Thanks so much for sharing it! Those parasites can be buggers, that's for sure. I've had them before too and I think many people can have different kinds of them and not even realize they are responsible for some of their problems. I have done some parasite cleanses from the health food store a couple of times and it has worked very well and helped with different issues.

I'm so glad you are better. Glory be to our Lord!
