"Feb 11 2010 An earthquake in Iran or a nuclear explosion test?"

Western Iran just registered a 4.6 earthquake.

Did the Iranians exploded a nuclear divice as they said they were going to stun the world today?

Any comments from anybody that knows?

Unless they have many nuclear bombs, with one to waste, I think it was an earthquake..

I am finding many things about this on the internet Sue but nobody in the national media has spoken about this ---yet!


I think someone suggested that when North Korea tested a nuclear bomb a while back that it registered about the same magnitude as this Iran earthquake and at the same depth of 10.0 kilometers!!!!

This deserves some honest investigation!!!

If they really are testing a nuclear bomb then---> THEY HAVE A NUCLEAR BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Israel will most likely document this event and all other Iran developments so they won't look like the lone cowboy on a loose cannon mission!!!

If Israel does a preemptive attack I am sure they will have the green light from many arab and western countries!!!!

No arab country that is pro-democracy wants a nuclear Iran!!!!

As Maria said you are one pretty sharp tool. The connection you drew between North Korea having an earthquake at the same magnitude and depth as the Iranian one at the same time as testing a bomb did not occur to me. Good CATCH Scott! I am impressed.

I saw this on the earthquake site when it happened... they had it registered. I thought the same thing...first I thought God was shaking things because it happend on the 11th and then I wondered if it could have been a bomb.... I looked back through all the records to see if Iran has earthquakes often...you know like indonessia has them almost everyday...and I could not find any others.....

Joyful Susan, I check the earthquake site daily and had noticed that the last few weeks it seemed like Iran was having earthquakes at the 4. level and slightly above for some time now but didn't make the connection that they might be doing underground testing which caused it.

The USGS site only shows about 7 days at a time - one week. These quakes in Iran happen about once a week or once every two weeks. If this is actually underground detonation tests, they have the bomb.

Also in looking today, there was a 3.2 quake in Oklahoma, and yesterday, a 2.8 and a 3.0 quakes in Utah!

Texas Sue I wonder why the USGS site I go to doesn't show any earthquakes over in Iran from what I have checked out; except the one on the 11th of February!!!

When was the last one recorded!!! I may go back and check again!!!!

This is my take on all this.

Iran was showing the world that they have NUCLEAR BOMB capability and has been proven by underground testing.

This relates to the threat by Iranian's head nutcase!


NO WONDER WE ARE READING ABOUT ISRAEL LAUNCHING AN INVASION WITHIN 48 HRS.

I just searched back the 7 days I guess...but it seems like with all the earthquakes it was more than that.... but here is a list from 8 to 30 days and I see southern Iran on the list....

Rich E, you are really smart. That is beyond the range of my grey matter brother. Very good research. Looks like quite a bit of activity in Iran in January and all in about the same magnitude range. Looks like those bomb-making boys have been busy over there.

WOW Rich E!! This is a great summary of the IRAN earthquakes over the last two months1!!!

I am almost tempted to think that maybe all it was is a normal earthquake in that country!!!

I did notice that most the quakes were in the 4 magnitude range!!!

Funny how earthquake could be measured out in that range so precisely!!! Like a conductor in an orchestra getting all the flute players to sing in the same key!!!!!

I suppose it could be just a coincidence that the day the Iran leaders said they were going to punch the west or something like that; there just happens to be a tremor triggered by just the earth movement under that country!!!

I may have to plot these earthquakes on a map to see if they are random or are they in an intelligent pattern!!! Like in a few underground nuclear bases that are strategically located!!!
