Just got back from a visit to my family doctor. My blood pressure was 122/86, my blood sugars are looking better, my pulse was good, and I have lost 8 pounds in 1 week. I think all together I have lost about 13 pounds all together. She said my heart sounded good, my lungs were clear. I am starting to feel like a new person.
