Pastor John Hagee had a great study on Revelation on tv this week and he definitly showed the bride raptured prior to the tribulation.

Clarence Larkin's book called "Dispensational Truth", written in 1917 is very good at explaining everything about the dispensations and the rapture, all from a pre-trib viewpoint. Lots of interesting charts to go with it, below an example:
