I think you are referring to Obama. I have to say, I kind of feel for him after this Pandora's box opened in the Gulf of Mexico. He certainly was a part of it allowing BP to drill and with his connections to BP. Yet I feel he was unaware of the consequences and might have been used as a stooge. He surely is wringing his hand right now over the mess that is surely coming to the gulf states and beyond.

We must always pray that our president be led by God to do the right thing. It is possible for him to be duped and led along the wrong path for profit and other reasons. We should really pray for his discernment in all matters. There is a lot of power there sitting in that oval office. Power that has consequences stretching beyond our country.
