After six weeks of virtually no running due to a dodgy knee, I decided to test out the knee rehab progress this morning for FSOM and Fly 5K. I'm pleased to say knee held up ok, but I'm being very cautious .... Garmin also came out in sympathy with the knee and refused to cooperate, so I had to do old-school timing by checking the clock when I went out and came back! Time was about 32 minutes, so quite happy with that for now.
