Yes, it's on yet again this Saturday, 1st May - so please make sure you don't miss this NHRR Virtual First Saturday of the Month 5K.

A bit late in posting this - again!

It’s still free and you won’t need your bar code again this month - but we hope to restart running on Norton Common in a couple of months.

Time: Any time of the day or night on Saturday.

Venue: Any 5k course you like - you could run 'with' 5 other club-mates family members or friends.

Result collection: Please post your Name and Time on the NHRR Forum thread

'FSOM Times' on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Results will miraculously appear on the Forum around midday on Sunday.
