Completed the FSOM in 23:35 in Stevenage
James Dalton = 19:41
Cashio loops, my favourite, why break the habit of a virtual lifetime?
Sherryl Chatfield - 26.16
James Keogh - 21:48
Laps of the Baldock Road playing fields. I was taking it slightly easy this time.
Karen Dodsworth 25.55 12 1/2 laps of Stevenage track after some triple jump and discus practice. At least the discus went forward!! Thanks for organising the results Brian:)
Thanks for organising Brian!
I did my FSOTM/ROTM/Fly 5km as part of a longer half marathon run today and made sure the segment I used had a positive incline, +65ft! 5km went from Clothall, through Weston and finished next to Tilekiln Wood. Beautiful morning for it.
Tash Pitman 25:37
36.04 today. Took it very easy and much hillier route. Hard work!
My time for 5k 49:05.
John Auld, 18:30
I did the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10km this morning. Training peaks says my best 5km effort in there was 18:30.
5k time 24:18. Deliberately held back the pace to protect my niggly hamstring, and I was able to enjoy it more without getting too breathless or sore. Ran along Cambridge Road, picked up the Greenway further along and ran along to Knights Templar School. Did this as part of a longer run of 19km. A few deaf pedestrians & road crossings also slowed me a little, but that's the cross we runner have to bear.
Brian Bailey - 31:19. Out and back around the Grange estate.
20.38 for me today, thats a lifetime PB for me. Did my usual before work out and back route in Bedford.
Lovely tracks and trails 5k in a time of 27:23
Nick Malpeli - 19:50, out and back along the Bedford Road north of Ickleford. Must have been a strong wind from the north to get a negative split 🙂
My first time trying out the famous Cashio / Croft loops - will definitely do those again - Dickie's Tuesday sessions, new trainers and a flat course all paid dividends resulting in a PB.
Thank you for organising!
Paula Holm 20:43
Shaun Allin - 20:25
3 laps of Clothall Common, PB on very tired legs!
26:21 for me on the Croft/Cashio loop.
A beautiful sunny morning to run a 5k PB !!
Thank you all for the great training sessions!!
FSOM 39.38. First 5k in 8 months after breaking my leg.
31:46 for me, quite a bit quicker than recently :-)
26:15, on the common.
My time today was 31 mins 10 secs
Rob Dinsdale - Letchworth - 21:32
FSOM Result - run as part of the North Downs 50k on a brilliant hilly course
Mike Bullock 27.39
Susan Mansfield 29.26
