Yes, it's on yet again this Saturday, 5th June - so please make sure you don't miss this NHRR Virtual First Saturday of the Month 5K.

It’s still free and you won’t need your bar code again this month.

Time: Any time of the day or night on Saturday.

Venue: Any 5k course you like - you could run 'with' 5 other club-mates family members or friends.

Result collection: Please post your Name and Time on the NHRR Forum thread

'FSOM Times' on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Results will miraculously appear on the Forum around midday on Sunday.

We hope this will be the last VIRTUAL version of our monthly 5k run.
