Calling all Trojans!

The east coast Zweibruecken All Class Reunion will be held at the Sands Resorts Conference Center, Myrtle Beach, S.C. To see what excitement lies ahead, go to www.sandsresorts.com

The reunion dates are Thurs 21 Jun 2012-Sun 24 Jun 2012. There is an array of room choices. Below are the rates based on double occupancy. (Add $12.41 per night for each additional person eighteen (18) and over.) Rates are good for three days prior and three days after the reunion.

*Sands Dunes and Ocean Dunes are right next to each other.

Room rates do not include state, local and resort taxes.

An access charge of $2.22 per room per night will be applied to all guest folios and includes unlimited local and toll-free access telephone calls, and unlimited use of personal in-room safe.

Group room rates do not apply to and cannot be used in conjunction with special promotional offers.

The minimum stay requirement over the dates of 6/21/2012 to 6/24/2012 is three (3) nights.

Call Central Reservations at 1-800-599-9872 and advise you are booking with the Zweibruecken American High School Alumni Association Reunion. All reservations must be guaranteed by one night's deposit to be received within Five (5) days of the reservation date, or a one night's deposit charged to a major credit card at the time of the reservation. Advance deposits will be credited to the last night's stay as indicated by individual reservation request.
The Sands will offer a Full American Breakfast Buffet, available at $9.00 inclusive per adult in the existing Brass Anchor Restaurant. Two children 12 yrs and under eat free with each paying adult. You will receive a breakfast voucher at check-in to present at the restaurant and pay.
Reunion registration fee is $120 per person. Registration fee includes

*Thursday night Oceanside Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine.

*Saturday lunch with wounded warriors in the Hall of Heroes, showing of the documentary film Brats our Journey Home including Meet and Greet the film producer/Director Donna Musil.

*Saturday evening dinner buffet with program and dance. (Saturday evening dress is summer casual.)

You will receive a confirmation letter and agenda with more specific details as the reunion gets closer. Dead line for registration is April 1, 2012. Onsite registrations are an additional $15 per attendee. Registration fees are non-refundable after the deadline.
